Step 1: Your Business Consultation
Every business owner has different challenges; budgets, resources, visions, skills and
motivation levels. So, the first step is to find out exactly where YOU want to take your business. We achieve this with a free business consultation—a one hour meeting with your coach, to take an in-depth look at the following:

• How your business is performing in five key areas
• What challenges and problems you’re having
• Which area hold the greatest potential for improvement
• Your goals and plans for the business
• Your business consultation is free.

There is no obligation - just a bunch of great ideas to help you energize your business.

Step 2: Setting Your Growth Path
When you commit to making changes to improve your business and enlist the help of a coach, the next step is to plan your path to a better business and life. Your Alignment Consultation will take 2 to 4 hours. Your coach will then use the information gathered to create a one-page strategic plan. This plan is the foundation for the first 90 days of your coaching program. Many business owners find this session to be extremely enlightening, because they get a different perspective on their business.

Step 3: Making It Happen With Coaching
Business coaching is your key to ultimate success. Whether you want to build or systematize your business, make more money, work less hours, or create a more dynamic team, coaching is your key to getting there.
